It's time for the HOA's first Community Forum for 2019 - please plan on joining us.

One of the Board’s goals is to create an environment of open and transparent communication between the Board and community members. Gibson’s Grant belongs to all of us.  We are all homeowners, who want to make this community an even more special place. We also want to not only protect our property values, but also to increase them.  To do this we need to work together. Therefore, we invite you to come and talk with us at our first open Community Forum. 
 
What it is: this is meant to be an informal gathering of several Board members and homeowners; it’s an opportunity for the Board to listen you your ideas, concerns, questions, proposals and opinions about the Gibson’s Grant community.
 
What it’s not: this is not a formal HOA meeting; there is no formal agenda, and there will be no published minutes. And we ask you not to treat this as your chance to air complaints about individuals, or to discuss disagreements with neighbors.
 
The Board plans to listen a lot, speak minimally, and take notes. We plan to use your input to shape our future agendas and to influence our votes as we strive to make  reasonable and thoughtful decisions in the management of our community.
