Gibson’s Grant is a 280-unit residential community, established in 2007, and located in Chester, MD on Kent Island in Queen Anne’s County. The community is nestled on a beautiful parcel of land with the Chester River to the North and Macum Creek to the West. Amenities include a community pool, exercise room, clubhouse, bocce court, community pier, kayak launch and a playground. There are also 55 acres of open space with ponds and walking trails.
